You the customer have rights under The Australian Consumer Law (ACL). We will replace, repair or refund your item if damaged. We do not offer change of mind returns.

Items will be dispatched once payment reaches our account.

We use Australia Post for all mail only unless you specify a separate carrier. Delivery times can be tracked via Australia Post and parcels will have to be signed for by the receiver.
